Once a week for 4 weeks you engage in an online coaching experience.

When all is unbalanced and the answer seems more confusing than the question, focus on the basics. Simplify the problem by working on the pillars of a healthy life – Nutrition, Sleep, Exercise, and Balance. Once that is stable and strong everything else is easier to handle.

For those of you who like to deal with one obstacle at a time and thrive in a self-taught environment, I designed a few workshops to tackle some of the basic pillars of a healthy lifestyle. In these workshops, a community with similar health interests is created to generate a healthy exchange of experiences, ideas, and support to successfully re-calibrate important wellbeing pillars.
